ONE WASHINGTON CIRCLE HOTEL Washington, DC
One Washington Circle Hotel

A boutique hotel located in the West End community of historic Foggy Bottom, One Washington Circle was originally constructed as an apartment building. Cafritz purchased the property, converted it to a hotel in 1976, and sold it to Starwood Hotels & Resorts in 1999. Two years later, Cafritz oversaw the purchase of the property by George Washington University, and now manages the hotel for the university.

One Washington Circle is beautifully decorated, and is home to the acclaimed Circle Bistro restaurant, which draws a steady crowd from the Foggy Bottom and Georgetown neighborhoods. Each of the suites features a gourmet kitchen and a walk-out balcony. The hotel has achieved better than an 80% occupancy rate year after year.
