Potomac Hospitality Services, an affiliate of Cafritz Interests, leases and operates this successful mixed-use property. 2424 Pennsylvania Avenue features 131 units of student housing and corporate apartments, as well as commercial/retail space. Potomac Hospitality Services oversaw the renovation of all of the units in 1996, and has since seen a significant increase in occupancy and unit rental fees.
The hotel regularly accommodates government employees and international visitors in town on federal business. Approximately half of the units serve as housing for students of the Corcoran College of Art.
