Today, that legacy continues with Morris’ son, Conrad Cafritz, who himself has more than 40 years of experience in real estate development and entrepreneurship.

Cafritz Interests current investment activities are focused primarily within its principal subsidiary entity – Modus Hotels . Modus Hotels, formerly Potomac Hospitality Services, has been a premier owner and operator of hotels and lodging facilities since 1976. Modus Hotels is pioneering micro-hotels in downtown Washington DC.
